ingredientes:

pescado

1 taza de leche de coco

zumo de limon,el q deseen

1 diente de ajo

1 ramita de perejil

1 cdita de oregano

1 cda de pasta de tomate

2 cdas de aceite de olivo

sal al gusto

preparacion:

poner el aceite en una sarten,agregar los ingredientes y el pescado dejarlo q se cocine hasta q el pescado este a su gusto,no lo dejen secar,le pueden agregar un poco de agua..

(si desean pueden freir el pescado primero).
